Peer Educators Network (PEN) is a non-governmental and non-profitable youth organization founded in 2008. Our main working areas are youth empowerment and employment, voluntarism, gender equality, social innovations and entrepreneurship, healthy lifestyle, anti-violence, environment and social inclusion. PEN headquarters is in Prishtina, but we are active in all Kosovo regions. PEN has a wide network of volunteers and activists active throughout Kosovo, acting as agents of positive change in their communities.

Our mission

PEN’s mission is to empower young men and women of all genders, ethnicities, religions, and sexualities through programmes to increase their capacities and mobilize them as agents of social change through peer education approach.
