UNDERSTANDING DIVISIVE NARATIVES QUALITATIVE RESEARCH – ONLINE FOCUS GROUPS: Serbia & Kosovo

Media in Serbia and Kosovo contribute to the enhancement of the othering between two entities.

This is the main finding of a study published in June 2020 commissioned by the Non-Governmental
Organization Peaceful Change initiative – PCi, as part of the ALVED project, while designed and
executed by the research organization IPSOS – Strategic Marketing, according to their best
