PEN has raised the number of signed memorandums of understanding, this time with municipalities of Suhareka, Shtime and the Youth Center Fellbach-Haus. The willingness these municipalities are showing to cooperate is undoubtedly a great facilitation and motivates more young people to reach their common goal that is the improvement of the current situation in their communities.
