PEN and CPA signed a memorandum of understanding with The Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosova.

The purpose of this memorandum is to raise active participation of women within the Union, capacity building by adapting the manual for gender mainstreaming and empowering women into taking decision-making roles in the Union.
