Within the “Act on Equality” project which is supported by U.S. Department of State, on May 3rd 2016, PEN and the municipality of Skenderaj signed a cooperation memorandum. Through this memorandum PEN with the support of the municipality of Skenderaj aims to increase the number of women in local decision-making and village councils.
