Journalists alongside panelists such as MP Alma Lama and the president of the Association of Kosovo Journalists, Mr. Zekirja Shabani discussed the many problems media faces today, and hence journalists make mistakes when reporting on gender issues.

It was emphasized that the main problem is the online information portals that err in reporting on gender issues, and where gender discrimination is noticed.
Portals were criticized for their discriminatory approach to women, and other visual and written media were also criticized.
During this meeting, it was said that more opportunities should be given for educational programs, with special emphasis on adapting gender non-discrimination.
MP Alma Lama, promised that this issue will be taken to the Kosovo Assembly, while Chairman of the Association Mr. Zekirja Shabani said they are working on the capacity building of journalists. Part of the discussions were also the participating journalists who talked about their worries also.
