Launching of the Communication Strategy on the Importance of Investing in the Child’s First 1000 days of his/her Life

On 6 May 2017, UNICEF launched the Communication Strategy on the Importance of Investing in the Child’s First 1000 days of his/her Life. The event gathered more than 400 participants.

The project “Engaging Men in Fatherhoodʺ was also part of this event since its goal is to promote one of the three foreseen objectives on this strategy: involving fathers in providing care and nourishment for their children.

PEN, also presented its campaign “Super Dad” which calls on on Positive Fatherhood. We had the chance to share information about this program with the participants and promote its aim through mottos, brochures and slogans.
