On 5 July was held an informative session on “Program P”, as part of the project ‘Engaging Men in Fatherhood, Care-giving, and Maternal and Child Health’, which gathered 12 women and 5 men.
“Program P” is a Manual on engaging men in fatherhood and active care-taking from the prenatal period, to childbirth and their child’s early years, compiled for parents in cooperation with SOS Children’s Villages in Kosovo – Program for Empowering Families.
The aim of this session was to discuss the significance of fatherhood and equal care-taking in the family, expectations and benefits. This project is implemented by Peer Educators Network (PEN) and supported by the United Nations Population Fund.
