CAK focused on training 30 future trainers/peer educators on acquiring job seeking skills, exploring opportunities, and other life learning processes. Each trained young man and woman would train 10 other peers, in total 300 young men and women in Albanian, Serbian and English. Supported by U.S. Embassy, CAK recruited active young individuals in the political and social life in their communities in different municipalities of Kosovo, including Serbian minority members. Young men and women were trained on soft skills, on the process of seeking for a job or a study opportunity application through three modules of lectures and workshops in the three official languages of Kosovo. CAK thus, helped youth investing in personal development and peer education by creating and maintaining a strong and functional network of young leaders who partake in addressing the unemployment crisis. 30 future trainers benefited from Career Academy Kosovo, getting prepared with the needed skills to help their peers meet the expectations for future job vacancies in Kosovo, Western Balkans and Europe.
